We are not medical professionals, nor do we purport to be. By choosing to participate in Ascension Coaching, it is understood that you will be coached exclusively with the Mirror Exercise, specifically as taught by Jeff and Shaleia in their body of work.

PERSONAL RESPONSIBILITY

By engaging with our services, you acknowledge that:

• You are fully responsible for your decisions, actions, and outcomes

• Coaching is a tool for self-exploration, not direction or control

• You choose how to interpret and apply any guidance shared

NO GUARANTEE

We do not guarantee:

• Relationship outcomes (including “union”)

• Emotional or spiritual results

• Financial or life changes

Results vary based on individual effort, readiness, and circumstances.

CANCELLATION POLICY​

• All sessions must be paid in advance

• Cancellations require a minimum of 24 hours’ notice

• Missed or late sessions may be forfeited

• All purchases are non-refundable, except where required by applicable law

CLIENT CONDUCT

We are committed to maintaining a safe and respectful space. We reserve the right to:

• Refuse or terminate services in cases of abusive, inappropriate, or disrespectful behaviour

• End sessions if boundaries are not honoured

No refunds will be issued in such cases.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content, teachings, materials, and session frameworks are the intellectual property of Twin Soul Ascension.

You may not:

• Record sessions without permission

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or resell any content

• Use materials for commercial purposes without written consent

 

SCHEDULING​

Sessions are booked online on the scheduling page. You will be redirected to the scheduling page after purchase for packages, via email for subscriptions, and via Facebook Messenger for groups. Sessions must be used within 90 days before expiration.

 

REFUND POLICY​

Due to the personal nature of this work, all sales are final, and absolutely no refunds are given for any reason. If a client wishes to discontinue services, no refunds are given to any of the unused portion of the coaching package or subscription.
