Healing Attack - Or the Illusion of it.

ree

“Love is the most powerful energy in the Universe” - widely attributed to Albert Einstein, holds the truth mostly unrealised, that it’s indeed Love, not Fear that moves the universe.

Has your body ever gone into fight or flight mode, heart racing, breath shallow, muscles tense, just because you were asked to show up vulnerably?

Have you ever felt yourself go numb while trying to process a situation at work, a rupture in a relationship, or a moment with your parents that cracked something open inside you?

These aren’t just “reactions.” They’re your nervous system speaking. And often, what feels like shutdown or chaos is actually a deeper part of you asking:

Am I safe to feel this?Am I allowed to be this open, this soft, this real?

Sometimes, the world doesn’t need to attack us outright—the perception of emotional risk is enough for our bodies to armour up.Because to the inner child who learned to survive, vulnerability can feel like danger.

But here’s the invitation:What if that intensity wasn’t a breakdown, but a breakthrough waiting to happen? What if the discomfort is not a sign you’re broken—but a signal that something sacred wants to be seen, held, and integrated?

If these situations carried the illusion of attack, not a physical threat, but an emotional or energetic rupture, they could be potent gateways into deep healing.

The tricky part is that this kind of “attack” isn’t always easy to identify. It doesn’t wear armour or raise its voice; it slips in through silence, disappointment, expectations unmet, love withheld.

And because your body and mind don’t like how it feels, the sting, the shame, the vulnerability, you might numb out, disconnect from the moment, and push through your routine on autopilot.

But that pause in your system isn’t failure; it’s integration.

Your body is doing sacred work, rewiring itself before it can move again, before it can say: I’m ready to live, feel, and trust again. Let it.

What can help you heal here:

  • Sit with the sensation, not the story.

    •  Let go of the narrative and tune into the raw feeling in your body.

  • Feel all your feelings.

    • Remind yourself: It is safe to feel everything I feel.

  • Use Mirror Exercise to process.

    • Step 1: I feel like my partner/friend/colleague is attacking me.

    • Step 2: I feel like I am attacking myself.

    • Step 3: Is this true?

    • Step 4: What do you need to feel love here?

  • Know that complete peace is possible.

    • Keep working through your upsets—gently, persistently—until only peace remains.

  • Honour the cycles of healing.

    • You may need to revisit the same wound more than once. That’s okay. That’s healing.

  • Understand the illusion of attack.

    • What feels like attack is often just energy—misunderstood, misdirected, or unprocessed.

  • Claim your safety, your power, and your place in God's love.

    • That shift in perspective can flip the entire story—from fear to freedom.

Message from God:

You are safe to feel. You are safe to heal. Nothing real can be threatened, and nothing unreal can exist in My love. Trust the unfolding, I am with you in every breath.
