I am Sudikhya, a student of Jeff and Shaleia. I have been on the ascension path since my awakening was triggered in 2020.

My life before knowing about the Twin Flame journey was very calculative. I was not a very strong believer in God, souls, but did try to live a life grounded in my Dharma.

Meeting my Twin Flame turned my life upside down. I tried several healing techniques for a year, however nothing made me feel deeply grounded in peace. It was a temporary spiritual high which I felt, but nothing permanent. Slowly, my performance at work started dropping and doing even the smallest tasks became difficult.

I had learned about Twin Flames Universe at the very beginning of my journey, when I wanted to create a website for journaling my journey and the domain name “twinflamesuniverse.com” came to my mind.

However, when I first checked the page, the peace and love the faces of the members reflected seemed impossible for me to achieve. There was some amount of skepticism also regarding the body of work and I turned away, thinking I am enough on this journey and can do this without support. On some level, I also felt quite unworthy of the love the page emitted.

However, 1 year of charkas, yoga and reiki didn’t help me. Every time I used to feel demotivated in the journey, I was guided to Jeff and Shaleia’s videos. “You always have a choice”, this line from Jeff and Shaleia kept me floating in times of doubt

Finally, when nothing else worked, I decided to take a leap forward and trying out the work for myself. The first session, and my coach says, “Its not about him, it’s about you. He is not with you, because you are not with yourself”. I had known this on a mind level from the beginning, that the journey was about self love, however, feeling and seeing this in my consciousness and where the choice of separation in my feeling/emotional body lied, this I could see for the first time.

That is the first instance I could feel grounding peace.

I started applying mirror exercise, to all areas of my life. My Twin Flame Union, relationship with parents, job, life purpose, health, everything!!

The results were amazing, and as I healed, my thinking, analytical ability, clarity, health, communications all improved.

I started doing things because of love, not for the validation I would receive from it. Started saying yes to thing I was always scared of.

My family appreciates the way I have evolved. 

I am grounding deeper into love and understanding the divine purpose of my existence, I am actually able to feel into it and able to take it forward.

I have cultivated freedom in different areas of my life, making a decision to get a home myself, learn to drive, go on treks, improve my food and overall health. All of this has happened because of the way I have started caring for myself, by loving myself through the mirror exercise.

Life has become about pure love now!!
